Client Real Estate Success Story
We took over responsibility for a small portfolio of commercial real estate assets for one client and within 18 months we successfully repositioned, leased and liquidated most of them. In that time, we managed to increase the owner's equity across the portfolio including more than doubling the amount of equity in one of them from the time we took over the portfolio.

Client Tax Refund Success Story
We were brought in to replace the client's previous CFO and as we normally do, we audited, streamlined and increased the reporting accuracy for all of the clients businesses. In this case our onboarding audit revealed how we could get this particular client a $650,000 tax refund from a previous tax year due to the accounting team and former CFO not having as firm a grasp on U.S. tax laws as we do. We also want to point out that this had nothing to do with their CPA missing it. It has to do with something we see frequently. Your CPA is typically working from rolled up reports that made it virtually impossible to find this tax windfall.
