    We took over responsibility for a small portfolio of commercial real estate assets for one client and within 18 months we successfully repositioned, leased and liquidated most of them. In that time, we managed to increase the owner's equity across the portfolio including more than doubling the amount of equity in one of them from the time we took over the portfolio.
